Return & Warranty Information
Nobis products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. In the rare event the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect or component failure, we will repair the product without charge or replace at our discretion. If the exact style is no longer available, a product of equal value and styling will be provided as determined by our team. This warranty does not include repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Please note that we advise against dry cleaning and that dry cleaning your outerwear will void the warranty. Original Proof of Purchase must be provided and all interior garment tags must be attached. Please note only Nobis products purchased from authorized Nobis retailers listed on our website are eligible for warranty claims. Alterations or modifications made after purchase will void the warranty. Warranty is non-transferable. Please contact your original Authorized Retailer for any inquiries. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Nobis, and Nobis will cover return shipping costs.
Please note: We continue to navigate the COVID-19 situation together as a community and in order to give everyone the time they need to focus on their health and safety, all packages will be handled seven days after receipt. Please expect your refund to be issued 7-14 days after your returned order has been received.
Final sale items are not eligible for online or in-store return, refund or exchange. Final sale items include collaborations, limited-edition, promotional products, and reduced price items including Legacy products.
To be eligible for a complimentary return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags attached. Wash: Always remove fur from your jacket prior to laundering. Jacket should be zipped closed, plackets fully closed and washed "face out" on low, delicate cool settings. Dry: Jacket should be zipped closed, placket fully closed, then turned "inside out" to dry on low cool setting.
